I started PATHS on March 1st. I started with 4 modules, one of which is the Change of Life. Two days later I started sleeping like a baby (still am. and that alone makes this stuff worth whatever they charge for it!!!!!!!!!!!). But also.... NO MORE HOT FLASHES. NO MORE NIGHT SWEATS. I'm not kidding. They just.... stopped. And they stayed stopped. It was as if I were not perimenopausal at all. In the last couple of weeks (it's now the end of April) I started noticing one or two hot flashes during the day...and some sweating at night (but NOTHING like what it was when I started PATHS and contacted the company. They said it was normal for this module but that they would shift things for me. That helped, and the symptoms went away again. And then the last day or so have...
